*Tolerance control for machining work:
*Left & right part(milled part from POM plate): +/-0.05mm (22nd Jun. 2018)
Middle part(turned part from POM rod): +/-0.1mm for outer Dia, +/-0.05mm for the rest dimensions (2nd Jul. 2018)
*Middle part: POM isn't as hard as metal, machining POM rod have to be done from two ends separately, a slight "step" is produced at meeting point, extra procedure -grinding work by abrasive paper is used to remove this "step" in machine, so whole rod part is even on outer Dia., the surface after treatment is decent: clean and smooth.
The surface joints of middle part with left or right parts are naturally smooth, and shape of the joint is symmetrical.
*18th Mar. 2019 (MobiLab_level_v2): shape of left and right parts are slightly changed, no change happened to middle part.
