Usage of ejector sleeve: there is through hole or blind hole at one position of plastic part, at that position must use ejector system to push the part to release tooling, that ejector system consists of ejector sleeve and ejector pin. ejector sleeve is fixed on ejector retainer plate, ejector pin is fixed on bottom plate, while the front section and back section of tooling are opened, the ejector sleeve push the plastic material out of the ejector pin which it wraps, through hole or blind hole is formed.
