Plastic bending part names: Solarpanel supporter and hygroscope supporter
Material: in 1.5mm T transparent UL94-V2 PC plate and 2.5 T transparent UL94-V2 PC plate separately
*Solar panel supporter part features: bending 90° w/ inside R 1.5
Hygroscope supporter part features: bending 135° w/ inside R 2.5; bending 90° w/ inside R 2.5
*Considering natural spreading out after bending, two ends of Hygroscope supporter and two standing sections of Solarpanel supporter are bent a little more than design angles.
*Tolerance control in production process:
a.)Solarpanel supporter： +/-0.1~0.2 for dimensions; +/-1° for bending 90°
b.)Hygroscope supporter: +/-0.1~0.2 for dimensions; +/-1° for bending 135°
pictures' time: 27th Jul., 2018 *Right: Demo for work state of top section(inside R1.5 of bending) of tooling
*28th Aug., 2018 testing of them goes on, will need some changes or simplifications.
